Rachel Nordgaarden

Rachel is a lifelong North Idaho resident with deep roots in the Sandpoint community and a genuine love for the place she is proud to call home. After graduating from Sandpoint High School and attending the University of Idaho, Rachel found her calling in sales and, most importantly, in helping people. Real estate is part of Rachel’s family story. Her father was a respected Realtor in the Sandpoint area for more than 30 years. Following in his footsteps, Rachel developed a passion for real estate and a firsthand appreciation for the communities, neighborhoods, mountains, and lakes that make North Idaho such a special place to live. With years of experience and a strong commitment to customer service, Rachel brings a knowledgeable, personal approach to every transaction. She believes in listening carefully, communicating consistently, and working hard to make the buying or selling process as smooth and successful as possible. Her extensive local connections and knowledge of the area allow her to help clients throughout North Idaho find the right property or the right buyer. Rachel considers the trust of her clients and their referrals among the greatest compliments she can receive. When she isn’t helping clients navigate their next real estate move, Rachel enjoys life with her husband, their dog, family and friends.  She loves skiing at Schweitzer, spending time on Lake Pend Oreille, getting lost in a good book and exploring North Idaho’s mountains and backroads.  Most of all, she enjoys the many things that make this beautiful area home.
