Ingrid Yates

Ingrid is proud to call Coeur d’Alene home and after living, working, and playing in Coeur d’Alene her entire life she is excited to share her knowledge of our beautiful city with you. She looks forward to helping you find not only your dream home but the perfect neighborhood or country living that is best suited for your lifestyle. Ingrid has her B.F.A in Interior Architecture and Design and has many years of experience working in a residential realm as an Interior Designer. Although Ingrid is a new agent, her acute eye to detail, experience as an Interior Designer and the knowledge she has of our beautiful city and North Idaho will serve as a benefit to all her clients.

Ingrid strives to be involved and leave a positive impact in our community, spending many hours in our area schools, handling weekly food deliveries for the Cd’A Backpack Program, serving as a board member on The EXCEL Foundation for District 271 and at Lutherhaven Ministries. She enjoys summers in Coeur d’Alene the most, spending time on the lake with her husband Eli, and two daughters, as well as cheering on her daughters either on the golf course or at a barrel race.
